
Anthony J. Weiler was raised in Fort Yates, North Dakota, and received
a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks,
North Dakota, in 1992. He also received his law degree with distinction
from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998. Tony was the Articles Editor of the North Dakota Law Review while in law school. Following graduation, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom of the North Dakota Supreme Court. Tony is licensed to practice in all North Dakota Courts, the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota, and Standing Rock Tribal Court. Tony is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, the Bruce Van Sickle Inn of Court, the ATLA-Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the North Dakota Trial Lawyers. He practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, and business and commercial litigation.
Tony is a board member of the Bismarck Rotary Club and the Dakota Chapter of Pheasants Forever.
Tony likes to golf, hunt, and spend time outdoors with his family. Tony and his wife, Sheila, have two sons and live in Bismarck.
