Attorney Bios
DeAnn Pladson was raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She received her undergraduate degree from Moorhead State University in 1989, and was graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1992.

 DeAnn is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota and currently practices in all complex family law litigation areas including divorce and child custody.

DeAnn also maintains a personal injury practice and provides investigative services to businesses, agencies, and to the court. She is a certified family law mediator.

DeAnn is a member of the Family Law Section in both Minnesota and North Dakota. She sits on the ND Volunteer Lawyer and Lawyer Referral Committee and the Board of Governors for the North Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. DeAnn is a consulting attorney for the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center and is a recipient of their Healing the Hurt Award.

Active in the community, DeAnn serves on the North Dakota Racing Commission, Arc of Cass County Board of Directors, Solutions Board of Directors, Longfellow Elementary Parent Teacher Association, and Faith Steps teacher at Hope Lutheran Church. She has been inducted into the Fargo North High School Hall of Fame.

DeAnn is married to Kevin Pladson and they have three daughters, Olivia, Betsy, and Abigayle. They spend their free time at the lake building memories for their children.
